ProAudit — Refund Policy

Effective date: May 20, 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to one-time paid ProAudit digital business idea audit reports. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Merchant of Record and Billing

Payments are processed by PayPro Global acting as Merchant of Record. PayPro Global may issue invoices and receipts, calculate and remit applicable taxes, process payments, administer refunds and handle payment-related support through its platform.

3. When Generation Starts

Report generation starts immediately after payment is confirmed. During order or checkout, you may be asked to confirm that ProAudit may start generating your digital report immediately and that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited or lost once generation or delivery has started, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Before generation starts: if payment has been made but report generation has not started, you may request a refund.
  • Failure to deliver caused by ProAudit: if we cannot deliver the report due to our technical failure, we may offer re-generation, repair, replacement delivery or a refund.
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors: verified duplicate charges or clear billing errors are eligible for correction or refund.
  • After generation or delivery: refunds are not automatic once report generation or delivery has started, except where required by law or approved by us case-by-case.
  • Dissatisfaction with conclusions: disagreement with the report’s assessment, recommendations, score, style or business conclusion does not automatically make an order refundable.

5. Fair Use and Abuse

We may decline repeated, abusive, fraudulent or bad-faith refund requests, including requests connected to misuse of the Service, violation of the Terms, chargeback abuse or attempts to obtain reports without payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@proaudit.me with the purchase email, PayPro Global order ID if available, approximate purchase date and a short description of the issue. For legal or privacy matters, contact legal@proaudit.me.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through PayPro Global’s platform and may take additional time to appear depending on payment method and bank/card issuer.

7. EEA, UK and Other Consumers

Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Where applicable law gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, you may lose that right for digital content or fully performed services after you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the consequences, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve billing or delivery issues. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to refusal of future orders and may be challenged with available order, delivery and usage evidence.

9. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. The updated Refund Policy applies from the effective date shown on the page.
